各省、市制冷学会秘书长会议于一九八三年十月十二日至十四日在北京召开。出席会议的有北京、上海、天津、黑龙江等十七个省市的制冷学会秘书长和秘书长代表,江苏、江西、甘肃三省制冷学会的筹备组负责人,以及广西和山西省的特邀代表。关德忠副理事长兼秘书长主持了会议。这次秘书长会议的主要议题是:1.传达九月十日中国制冷学会常务理事会议精神;2.研究布署中国制冷学会第二届理事会理事的选择办法,以及选举工作的有关问题;3.交流学会工作情况和经验。经过与会同志的热烈讨论,大家一致同意中国制冷学会第二届理事会的组成原则和理事
The meeting of secretary-generals of refrigeration institutes of all provinces and municipalities was held in Beijing from October 12 to January 14, 1983. Attending the meeting were Secretary General and Secretary General of the Refrigeration Society in 17 provinces and municipalities including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Heilongjiang. Preparatory team leaders of the Refrigeration Institute in Jiangsu, Jiangxi and Gansu Provinces as well as invited representatives from Guangxi and Shanxi . Guan Dezhong, vice chairman and secretary general presided over the meeting. The main topics of this meeting of the Secretary-General are: 1. To convey the spirit of the Standing Committee of the China Refrigeration Society on September 10; 2. To study the options for deploying the second board of directors of the China Refrigeration Institute and issues related to the election; 3. Exchange learning work and experience.
