新媒体和传统媒体就这么势不两立吗?近年来的变化让我们看到了传媒业整合的趋势。不论是像央视、湖南广电这样把传统媒体的触须延伸至新媒体领域,还是像盛大、腾讯这样用新媒体的实力去反噬传统媒体,我们都不可避免地看到了大传媒时代的到来。这些跨平台的内容拥有者(媒体)在不断强化自我的过程中,是否该考虑以下几个问题:1.我们应当如何维持核心收入,并获得更大的市场份额?2.我们应当如何利用数据来证明传统模式和新模式的价值?3.我们应当如何尽可能多地保持价格和打包服务的影响力?4.什么样的支持工具和组织结构会帮助我们提升效率?

Whether CCTV, Hunan Broadcasting and Television so traditional whispered to the new media areas, or grand, Tencent so use the power of new media to bite the traditional media, we all inevitably see the arrival of the era of the media. These cross-platform content owners (media) in the process of continuous self-improvement, should consider the following questions: 1. How should we maintain core revenue and gain greater market share? 2. How we should use the data To prove the value of the traditional model and the new model? 3. How can we maintain the influence of price and packaging service as much as possible? 4.What kind of supporting tools and organizational structure will help us to enhance the efficiency?
