Hp infection in patients with eradication of atrophic gastritis Eradication of Hp infection can change the natural course of atrophic gastritis. Researchers evaluated the efficacy of Hp eradication in 12 Hp-infected patients (mean, 48 years) with non-autoimmune atrophic gastritis. 6 patients (group Ⅰ) received oral administration of amoxicillin (amoxi-cilin) 500mg four times daily.
