根据泸州市体育场馆普查数据,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地访谈法和归纳比较法对泸州市网球场馆进行调查研究。结果显示:泸州市网球场馆的资源配置不均,部分场馆利用率不高,管理者经营管理观念落后、缺乏营销意识;从发展眼光来看,应充分开拓泸州网球市场,对泸州市网球场馆实行社会化经营,提高管理者的管理水平和消费者积极参与网球运动的意识。
According to the census data of Luzhou Gymnasium, the investigation and research of Luzhou tennis stadium is conducted by means of literature, questionnaire, field interview and induction and comparison. The results show that: Luzhou tennis stadium resources allocation is uneven, the utilization rate of some venues is not high, managers lagged behind the concept of management, lack of marketing awareness; from a development perspective, we should fully develop the Luzhou tennis market, the implementation of Luzhou tennis venues Social management, improve the management level of managers and the awareness of consumers actively involved in tennis.
