红细胞的变形能力（ＥＤ）是血液有效灌注的一个重要基础，与多种因素密切相关。可能在脑血管病的发病机制中起重要作用。本文综述了红细胞发生变形的基础及其影响因素，以及ＥＤ在临床上的意义。
Erythrocyte deformability (ED) is an important basis for effective blood perfusion, and is closely related to many factors. May play an important role in the pathogenesis of cerebrovascular disease. This article summarizes the basis of the deformation of erythrocytes and its influencing factors, as well as the clinical significance of ED.
