在使用光盘的过程中,经常出现系统报“光驱未准备好”,读光盘失败,并且光驱指示灯长亮。针对该故障可按以下方法进行处理: 1、首先请等待几秒钟。因为当光盘放入驱动器后,在驱动器压盘轴的带动下从静止到高速旋转,往往需要好几秒钟,所以放入盘片后不要急于读盘,否则也会出现上述“故障”。 2、然后请仔细检查光驱中是否有盘片,或盘片放置是否到位,调整后再试一下,如果故障依旧,请换一张盘片进行实验,如果能够正常读盘,则说明是由于光盘变形、严重损伤或污染引起。 3、若仍不能读盘,请对系统进行病毒检查,以避免病毒引起读光盘故障。 4、经过以上检查仍不能排除故障,则说明很可能是由于硬件故障引起,打开机箱,检查驱动器连接电缆线接触是否良
