随着我国经济快速发展,教育事业蓬勃兴起,新课标教育改革提倡学生综合素质全面发展,转变传统过于重视理论教学的现象,培养学生实践能力,以求在毕业后在激烈的市场竞争中占据更大优势,谋求更长远的发展。但当前我国高职院校学生就业现状十分不理想,有待完善。本文主要就高职院校学生就业过程中存在的问题进行分析,并结合实际情况,提出合理的应对措施。

However, the present employment status of students in higher vocational colleges in our country is not ideal and needs to be improved. This article mainly analyzes the existing problems in the process of employment of students in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward reasonable countermeasures according to the actual situation.
