在哺乳动物和人脑里,尾核的形态、组织安排和比邻关系大致相似,并可用肉眼与其周围结构大脑皮质、内囊、豆核和丘脑等相分辨。在胚胎发育过程中,尾核与大脑腹侧皮质的发展,有共同起源。以后由于种属生理的不同,以致在分化进行中引起整体形状和细微结构上发生差异。 尾核是中枢神经系统里高级整合中枢之一。接受刺激和调整动作的范围和性质,因种属和个体而有差异。其组织和生理的联系途径,尤其与痛觉传导和镇痛性质的关系,还有待深入探索。
In mammals and humans, the caudate nucleus is approximately similar in morphology, organization, and proximal relationship, and is visually distinguishable from the surrounding cerebral cortex, internal capsule, nucleus accumbens and thalamus. In the process of embryonic development, caudate nucleus and ventral cerebral cortex development, have a common origin. In the future, due to the difference of species and physiology, differences in the overall shape and microstructure were caused during differentiation. Caudate nucleus is one of the advanced integration centers in the central nervous system. The scope and nature of the stimuli to be stimulated and adjustments vary according to the species and the individual. Its organizational and physiological pathways, in particular the relationship between pain conduction and analgesic properties, remains to be explored in depth.
