斯匹仁诺(伊曲康唑)是比利时杨森公司研制的新一代三唑类口服高效广谱抗真菌药物,具有高度亲脂性、亲角质性等特点。它能迅速、牢固地与角朊细胞结合而进入皮肤,从而抑制并杀灭皮下真菌。目前,斯匹仁诺已被国内临床广泛用于指甲(趾甲)真菌感染、手(足)癣、股癣、霉菌性阴道炎等的治疗。有关该药不良反应的报道国内文献近年陆续有报告,现综述如下,以提示临床用药时给予足够的重视,并采取相应的措施。
Spirandron (itraconazole) is a new generation of benzotriazole oral broad-spectrum antifungal agents developed by Janssen, Belgium, with a high degree of lipophilicity, corneous nature and so on. It rapidly and firmly binds keratinocytes into the skin, inhibiting and killing subcutaneous fungi. At present, Spirinol has been widely used in domestic clinical nail fungal infections (nails), hand (foot) ringworm, jock itch, fungal vaginitis and other treatment. Domestic reports of adverse drug reactions reported in succession in recent years, are summarized below, to prompt the clinical medication given enough attention, and take appropriate measures.
