《九年义务教育全日制小学数学教学大纲(试用修订版)》(简称新大纲)与原大纲比较,从指导思想到教学难度,从目的要求到内容安排,从基础知识到能力培养等方面变化较大,特点突出,主要有以下三点:一、适当降低难度,减轻学生负担。《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》明确指出:“减轻中小学生课业负担已成为推行素质教育中刻不容缓的问题,要切实认真加以解决。”新大纲通过适当降低难度,既体现了“减负”的精神,又为学生能力的发展留出了空间。1.在教学内容的安排上降低难度。我们只要将新旧大纲作一比较便可清楚地看到这一点。
