大多数旋转阳极X线管阳极靶的过早损坏是由于使用不当,操作人员没有按照管子的冷热曲线正确运用,使管子超载,阳极靶温度急剧上升,当温度超出规定值时,导致管子热过载。管子经常地热过载,阳极靶就会过早损坏。这时靶面焦点轨道处出现龟裂、熔点,玻壳内表面出现金属蒸发层。阳极靶的损坏是十分有害的,它使X线管输出剂量下降到正常值的60%左右;它还使管子电绝缘性能下降,严重的会使管子玻壳被击穿。因此在使用旋转阳极X线管时,必须正确运用管子的冷热曲线,使旋转阳极X线管得到最有效的使用。
The premature failure of most rotating anode X-ray tube anode targets is due to improper use. The operator does not operate correctly according to the hot and cold curves of the tubes, causing the tubes to over load and the anode target temperature to rise sharply. When the temperature exceeds the specified value, the tube heats up overload. The tubes are often thermally overloaded and the anode targets are prematurely damaged. At this time the focus of the target surface appears cracks, melting point, the glass surface of the metal evaporation layer appears. The damage to the anode target is very detrimental. It drops the output of the X-ray tube to about 60% of its normal value. It also degrades the electrical insulation of the tube and severely breaks the tube glass bulb. Therefore, the use of rotating anode X-ray tube, the tube must be the correct use of hot and cold curves, the rotating anode X-ray tube to be the most effective use.
