今天,知识已经成为企业最为重要的资产,有效的知识管理也成为企业获取持续竞争优势的关键。信息技术和信息系统是知识管理的基础,人才是知识和知识管理的主体。为了促进知识管理在企业中的实施,企业需要建立知识导向的人力资源管理体系。从人力资源管理的角度探讨了知识管理实施的方法,提出了一些有利于知识管理的人力资源管理措施。
Today, knowledge has become the most important asset of the enterprise, effective knowledge management has also become the key to enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage. Information technology and information systems are the foundation of knowledge management. Talent is the main body of knowledge and knowledge management. In order to promote the implementation of knowledge management in the enterprise, enterprises need to establish a knowledge-based human resource management system. From the perspective of human resource management, this paper discusses the implementation of knowledge management and puts forward some human resources management measures that are beneficial to knowledge management.
