从理论方面重点对氮质量分数与铸坯角裂的相关性进行了总结分析,根据钢中氮质量分数水平与板坯角部横裂纹发生存在正相关关系,对氮质量分数控制目标进行了研究。通过分析氮质量分数的来源,研究氮质量分数对含硼钢、含铝钢和含铌钢的影响,结合其他钢厂氮质量分数控制情况,查找某厂各工序氮质量分数控制情况,制定氮质量分数控制措施,并对比钢中氮质量分数与铸坯切角数据,摸索出了部分钢种的氮质量分数控制目标,进一步降低了铸坯切角率。
From the theoretical point of view, the correlation between nitrogen mass fraction and corner crack of slab was analyzed emphatically. Based on the positive correlation between the nitrogen level in steel and the occurrence of transverse crack in slab corner, the control target of nitrogen mass fraction was studied . By analyzing the source of nitrogen mass fraction, the influence of nitrogen content on boron-containing steel, aluminum-bearing steel and niobium-bearing steel was studied. Combined with the control of nitrogen content in other steel mills, Mass fraction control measures, and comparing the steel nitrogen content and slab cut angle data to explore the part of the nitrogen content control objectives, to further reduce the slab cut angle.
