本实验以大戟注射液为实验用药，对ＫＹ８２１ 细胞株进行体外药物实验，并应流式细胞仪检测细胞的ＤＮＡ含量，观察了ＫＹ８２１ 细胞株的细胞动力学。实验证明大戟注射液具有抑制癌细胞ＤＮＡ 合成作用。
In this experiment, Dagu Injection was used as an experimental drug. In vitro drug experiments were performed on KY821 cell line. The cell DNA content was measured by flow cytometry, and the cell kinetics of KY821 cell line was observed. Experiments show that Daqi injection can inhibit the DNA synthesis of cancer cells.
