本文选择临床上和二维超声心动图(2DE)图像酷似的三种疾病:主动脉右窦瘤破入右室(18例)、膜部室间隔瘤伴破口(5例)及右冠状动脉右心痿(5例)的超声心动图(UCG)共同特征——主动脉前连续中断,在心尖四腔心切面右室内显示不同程度圆形环状回声等。UCG上有时难以区别,本文提出讨论。
In this study, three clinical and two-dimensional echocardiographic (2DE) images resembled three similar diseases: right aortic sinus aneurysm ruptured into right ventricle (18 cases), membranous septal septal tumor with rupture (5 cases) and right coronary artery Cardiac atrophy (5 cases) of echocardiography (UCG) common feature - aortic continuous interruption, in the apical four-chamber view of the right ventricle shows varying degrees of circular ring echo. UCG is sometimes difficult to distinguish, this article presents a discussion.
