T 细胞表面IL-2R 表达密度可反映细胞活化程度。带瘤动物及人外周血,PBMC表达IL-2R 尚有争议,肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞有不同程度的IL-2R 表达,被认为是机体对肿瘤的特异性反应,表达程度与预后有关。连血系统肿瘤细胞表面高密度的IL-2R 表达引人注目,意义不清。近年来注意到肿瘤病人外周血清中可溶性IL-2R 的存在,尤以造血系统肿瘤明显,其免疫学特征与细胞膜IL-2R 相似,可用作病情监测及判断疗效指标。
The density of IL-2R on T cell surface reflects the degree of cell activation. Tumor-bearing animals and human peripheral blood, PBMC expression of IL-2R is still controversial, tumor infiltrating lymphocytes have different levels of IL-2R expression, is considered to be the body’s specific response to the tumor, the degree of expression and prognosis. The high density of IL-2R expression on the surface of tumor cells in the hematopoietic system attracts attention with unclear meaning. In recent years, it has been noticed that the presence of soluble IL-2R in peripheral blood of tumor patients, especially in hematopoietic tumors, is characterized by immunological characteristics similar to IL-2R in cell membrane and can be used as an indicator of disease monitoring and judgment.
