目的探讨激光光凝联合药物治疗非增殖性糖尿病性视网膜病变(non-proliferative diabet-ic retinopathy,NPDR)的疗效。方法使用倍频532nm激光对Ⅲ期糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopa-thy,DR)患者进行局部光凝,选用适当药物控制患者血糖、血压、血脂和血脂蛋白。结果经综合治疗136眼中,视力提高和无变化者130眼,有效率95.6%,视力下降者6眼(4.4%),对视网膜微血管病变132眼有效,有效率为97.1%。结论对NPDR采用综合治疗安全有效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of laser photocoagulation combined with drugs on non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR). Methods Localized photocoagulation was performed on patients with stage Ⅲ diabetic retinopathy (DR) by doubling frequency 532nm laser. The appropriate drugs were used to control the blood sugar, blood pressure, blood lipids and lipoproteins in patients with stage Ⅲ diabetic retinopathy. Results Among the 136 eyes, 130 eyes showed improvement and no change. The effective rate was 95.6% and the number of eyesight decreased was 6% (4.4%). The effective rate was 97.1% for 132 eyes of retinal microangiopathy. Conclusions It is safe and effective to use NPDR as a comprehensive treatment.
