慢性病毒性肝炎的发病机理是由于病毒的持续感染和复制及机体免疫反应的相互作用而导致的肝细胞弥漫性变和坏死,继而出现纤维组织增生形成肝硬化,目前尚无满意的治疗方法。广州空军医院受人胎肝细胞疗法的启示对HSS的工艺制备进行改进,选择新鲜乳猪肝脏为原料,采用超滤法新工艺制备具有生物学活性的小分子(10685Da)多肽素物质,即促肝细胞生长素(pHGF),目前已广泛应用于临床。本文对我科自1994年下半年以来应用空军广州医院研制的由广州阳江制药厂生产的促肝细胞生长素(pHGF)治疗慢性病毒性肝炎的临床疗效作如下报道。
