警察的查缉行动,除了针对明确的违法犯罪嫌疑人,还包括对形迹、行为、衣着可疑和携带物品可疑的人员,以及可能隐藏违法犯罪人员的场所、地点的盘查、清查、搜查。查缉现场包括盘查现场、清查现场、搜查现场、缉捕现场、大型突发事件的处置现场等。查缉行动通常分为两种类型。一类是临场查缉行动,主要应用于处置突发事(案)件。另一类为预先设计的查缉行动,主要是指对已经知道隐藏或出没地点(场所)的查缉对象采取的经过设计的查缉行为。由于查缉行动的内容不同、查缉现场的环境和条件不同、查缉对象不同、参加查缉人员的自身素质以及武器装备存在差异,因而每次查缉行动对查缉现场的选择要求自然亦不相同。选择理想的查缉现场,对于警察能够客观地识别危险、合理部署警力、科学设计战术,争取以较小的代价换取成功十分重要。
In addition to targeting clear criminal suspects, the police investigation activities include the investigation, inventory and search of traces, behaviors, suspicious persons carrying suspicious objects and suspicious persons in possession, as well as places and locations that may hide illegal criminals. Choosing the ideal scene for investigation is very important for the police to objectively identify the danger, rationally deploy the police force, design scientifically and strive for success at a small cost.
