构建了包含技术创新要素及二氧化硫排放要素的理论模型,并运用此模型对2000~2011年间我国中部六省技术创新要素对其二氧化硫排放的影响程度进行实证分析。得到如下结论:干中学、国外技术引进以及自主研发等因素抑制了中部六省二氧化硫的排放,而经济规模、自主研发与国外技术引进的交互效应则促进了中部六省二氧化硫的排放。其中,国外技术引进对二氧化硫排放的抑制作用最强,其次是干中学效应。此外,不同技术创新要素对不同省份二氧化硫排放的影响也存在差异。
The theoretical model including the elements of technological innovation and SO2 emission was constructed and the model was used to empirically analyze the impact of technological innovation elements of six provinces in central China on sulfur dioxide emissions from 2000 to 2011. The following conclusions are drawn: Factors such as learning by doing, foreign introduction of technology and independent research and development have restrained the emission of sulfur dioxide in the six central provinces, while the interaction effect of economic scale, independent research and development and foreign technology introduction has promoted the emission of sulfur dioxide in the six central provinces. Among them, the introduction of foreign technology has the strongest inhibitory effect on sulfur dioxide emissions, followed by the effect of learning by doing. In addition, different technical innovation elements have different impacts on sulfur dioxide emissions in different provinces.
