党的十六大报告提出:“坚持以信息 化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化,走出一条科技含量高、经济效益好、资源消耗低、环境污染少、人力资源优势得到充分发挥的新型工业化路子”。为了更好地反映新型工业化的进程,与时俱进地为经济建设服务,工业统计必须建立一套反映新型工业化道路的指标体系,监测和分析新型工业化进程。
The report of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward: “Adhere to promoting industrialization with informatization, promoting informatization with industrialization, and stepping out of a new type of industrialized road with high technology content, good economic returns, low resource consumption, less environmental pollution and giving full play to human resources advantages ”. In order to better reflect the process of new-type industrialization and advance with the times to serve economic construction, industrial statistics must establish a set of index system that reflects the road of new-type industrialization and monitor and analyze the process of new-type industrialization.
