目的探讨耳蜗性聋伴耳鸣患者畸变产物耳声发射、纯音听阈、耳鸣频率三者之间的关系。方法 DPOAE以配对初始音诱发,使用两个初始纯音信号f1和f2(f1:f2=1.22,f2频率范围0.553~8.837kHz,L1=65dBSPL,L2=55dBSPL)测定常规频率(125Hz~8kHz)的纯音听阈,并进行耳鸣匹配测试。对三者之间两两分析。结果耳鸣频率与纯音听阈比较,耳鸣频率在4K、6K、8K的耳数为150耳,占总耳数的78.1%,听力损失最严重频率在4K、6K、8K的耳数为143耳,占总耳数的74.5%,耳鸣频率与听力下降频率具有一一对应关系的为72耳,占总耳数的37.5%,耳鸣频率与DPOAE比较,耳鸣频率在4K、6K、8K的耳数为150耳,占总耳数的78.1%,DP幅值最小频率在4416、6250、8837HZ的耳数为132耳,占总耳数的68.7%,耳鸣频率与DPOAEF2幅值下降频率具有一一对应关系的为41耳,占总耳数的21.3%,纯音听阈与DPOAE比较,听力损失最严重频率在4K、6K、8K的耳数为143耳,占总耳数的74.5%,DP幅值最小频率在4416、6250、8837HZ的耳数为132耳,占总耳数的68.7%,听力下降频率与DPOAEF2幅值下降频率具有一一对应关系的58耳,占总耳数的30.2%。结论耳鸣频率、听力损失最严重频率、DP幅值最小频率三者之间不存在一一对应关系。
