随着互联网技术的快速发展、科研工作者研究方法的不断改进以及科学研究未来不断融合的发展趋势,科学数据的数量正在不断海量增长。文章通过系统分析法和生命周期分析法建立了科学数据管理模型,提出利用Saa S平台对海量科学数据进行存储,利用关联数据技术对科学数据进行组织,利用Altmetrics对科学数据进行评价,以期对海量科学数据进行科学有效的管理。
