在中国,铁路是一种重要的运输工具,人们越来越离不开铁路。铁路运输有许多优势,比如涵盖面积广,限制条件少,方面快捷,安全可靠。但是铁路运输发展还存在一些缺陷,这就需要法律给予相应的保障。法律对铁路运输具有重要作用,而且关于铁路运输也已制定一系列法律法规。文章对铁路运输的法律保障措施进行了探讨,以促进中国铁路运输的发展和进步。
In China, the railway is an important means of transport, people are more and more inseparable from the railway. There are many advantages of rail transport, such as covering a wide area, less restrictive conditions, fast, safe and reliable. However, there are still some shortcomings in the development of railway transportation, which requires corresponding protection provided by law. The law plays an important role in railway transport, and a series of laws and regulations have also been formulated on railway transport. The article discusses the legal safeguard measures of railway transportation so as to promote the development and progress of China railway transportation.
