党的十四届五中全会制定了“九五”计划和2010年发展远景规划。实现近期和跨世纪的奋斗目标,关键是实现经济体制和经济增长方式两个具有全局意义的根本性转变。其根本目的是依靠科技进步和提高劳动者素质,促进经济发展和现代化建设,尽快实现祖国繁荣昌盛。科技进步要人才,培养人才靠教育,本文试图探讨一下跨世纪职工教育的战略措施,以供企业领导人和同行专家们参考。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th Central Committee of the Party has formulated the Ninth Five-Year Plan and the 2010 Vision for Development. The key to realizing the goals of the near future and the cross-century is to realize the two fundamental changes with global significance in the economic system and economic growth mode. Its fundamental purpose is to rely on scientific and technological progress and improve the quality of workers, promote economic development and modernization and realize the prosperity of the motherland as soon as possible. This paper attempts to explore the strategic measures of cross-century worker education for the reference of business leaders and peer experts.
