班集体是学校教育的前沿阵地,而班主任则是这个前沿阵地上的组织者和指挥者,对班集体的成长和发展起到重要的甚至是决定性的作用。所以班主任工作是一件非常繁琐、很重要的工作。事实上学生和班主任的感情相对于和任课教师的感情要深厚的多,而这部分感情也是以后我们每位老师宝贵的思想财富,所以各位教师不要抱怨班主任工作。所以我觉得班主任工作既是一门科学,也是一门艺术。
Class collective is the forward position of school education, and the class teacher is the organizer and conductor of this frontier position, which plays an important and even decisive role in the growth and development of the class collective. So class teacher job is a very tedious, very important job. In fact, the feelings of the students and the class teacher are much deeper than the feeling of the teacher in the class, and this part of affection is also the precious ideological wealth of each of our teachers in the future. Therefore, teachers should not complain about the class teacher’s work. So I think class teacher work is both a science and an art.
