Dolovich(1973)、Solley(1976)曾先后证实,在变态反应皮肤试验后所见的炎症反应是依赖IgE的和不依赖补体的。
It is generally accepted that episodes of type I (immediate hypersensitivity) episodes are transitory and acute and do not result in a delayed inflammatory response. This view is outdated and must be thoroughly revised. This article summarizes the recent years on the patient and experimental animal models of delaying phase allergy research data, focusing on skin lesions. Immediate skin hypersensitivity to degranulation of the skin mast cells is characterized by local winds and redness. Some people develop a strong inflammatory response a few hours after this initial reaction. It is unclear what to expect after this immediate reaction. Some people think that is caused by type Ⅲ or Arthus reaction. Dolovich (1973) and Solley (1976) have successively demonstrated that the inflammatory response seen after the allergic skin test is IgE-independent and not complement dependent. Subsequent studies have shown that degranulation of mast cells dependent on IgE in humans is not only caused
