以不知火桔橙果实为试材,对来源于不同结果母枝的单果品质及囊瓣可溶性固形物含量进行了测定分析。结果表明,单果间可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、维生素C含量、固酸比差异都很大,单果间可溶性固形物和可滴定酸含量极差分别达5.7和0.43个百分点,固酸比极差达12.8;所有测试囊瓣间可溶性固形物含量极差达8.5个百分点,绝大多数单果内不同囊瓣间可溶性固形物含量极差在3.0个百分点以上。总体而言,来源于秋梢结果母枝的果实品质优于来源于春梢结果母枝的果实,且单果间和囊瓣间的差异更小。因此,在不知火桔橙栽培管理上,应尽量采用秋梢结果母枝结果,以改善果实品质的均一性。
The results showed that the quality of single fruits and the contents of soluble solids in the capsule were determined by analyzing the fruits of the orange juice without fire yellow fruits.
