在全面推进素质教育的今天,学校仍然以学生的考分论教师成败。视分为宝,视顺从为美德。灌输式教育模式,填鸭式教学法,机械式重复训练的现象仍然存在。这样的教学行为,不但教师教得疲惫,学生学得辛苦,而且对人才是一种摧残。于此。笔者认为,减负增效语文课堂是师生喜欢的课堂,这样的语文课堂定能提高学生文化品位和人生质量,培养学生以健康心理和积极的去向去关注社会、关注人生。
