朴菇又称金针菇,目前国内外栽培朴菇多以木屑、米糠为原料进行瓶栽。本试验以糖厂甘蔗渣为原料,采用塑料袋栽培法,并简化了瓶栽要套纸筒的栽培工艺。试验结果,平均单产鲜菇198.3克,生物学效率为72.1%,最高单产266克,比用木屑栽培的产量高19.5%,而且质量好。材料和方法供试菌株有FL1(系本所引进的日本扑菇,1981年重新分离而得)和FL2(系本所77
Pui mushroom, also known as Flammulina, mushroom cultivation at home and abroad and more to more wood, rice bran as raw material bottle planted. In this experiment, sugar cane bagasse was used as raw material, and plastic bag cultivation method was adopted to simplify the cultivation process of the paper-bottle container. Test results, the average yield of 198.3 grams of fresh mushrooms, the biological efficiency of 72.1%, the highest yield of 266 grams, higher than the yield of sawdust cultivation 19.5%, and good quality.
