技校担负着培养社会劳动后备人才大军的重任。通过德育课程教学使我对学生和德育课程有了深入了解。如何发挥德育课程的优势,培养受用人单位欢迎的高素质劳动人才,提高学生的就业率是摆在我们面前急需解决的课题。德育教育是职业教育中的重要组成部分,查找学生思想品德存在的不足及原因,因材施教,才能从根本上提高学生的整体素质,为社会输送合格人才。
Technical schools shoulder the responsibility of training the army of reserve forces for social work. Through the teaching of moral education, I got a deep understanding of students and moral education. How to bring into play the advantages of moral education curriculum and cultivate high-quality workforce that is welcomed by employers and how to raise the employment rate of students is an issue urgently needed to be solved before us. Moral education is an important part of vocational education. Finding out the shortcomings and causes of students’ ideological and moral qualities can improve the overall quality of students fundamentally and provide qualified personnel for the society.
