亚星,上世纪90年代曾经叱诧我国客车市场,连续7年产销量位列全国第一,是有过显赫荣誉和辉煌历史的国内客车著名品牌和上市公司。因其连续3年业绩亏损,于2005年5月18日暂停上市。2006年7月,扬州市政府力挽狂澜,积极推进江苏亚星客车集团回购格林柯尔所控亚星客车的全部股权。以李学勤为董事长、徐粉云为总经理的新一届扬州亚星客车股份有限公司经营团队,不畏艰辛,艰苦奋斗,彻底改善了公司的资产结构,迅速提高了公司整体盈利能力,使亚星客车步入了健康发展的轨道,并于2007年7月5日重新获得上市交易的权利。亚星的重新崛起,如同浴火后的凤凰,再次振翅于我国广阔的客车市场!
