机械工业部办公厅文件机办[1995]13号--关于认真学习何光远部长《切实加强档案工作,为振兴机械工业服务》文章的通知各省、自治区、直辖市及计划单列市机械工业厅局(公司)、汽车办(公司),国家计划单列机械企业集团公司,部直属单位、机关各司局:1995年1月26日《机电日报》发表了何部长《切实加强档案工作,为振兴机械工业服务》的文件(文章附后),这篇文章对机械工业档案工作的重要性,对如何加强对档案工作的领导,对广大档案工作者自身的学习提高等问题做了言简意赅的阐述,充分体现了何部长对档案工作的关心和重视。请转发所属单位、希望各单位要认真组织学习,特别是各级领导和档案工作者更要认真学习,领会文章精神,并联系实际,提出加强本单位档案工作的意见,为此,特作如下通知:
