本文在分析现有理论模型弊病的基础上,通过实验建立了350三连轧的前滑模型,并分析了连轧机上的前滑规律。试验还证明了自行设计的电接触法在线检测装置,工作稳定,精度亦可满足要求。作者认为:本工作对完善三连轧机的工艺制度和操作以及今后的计算机控制都有着重要的意义。
Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the existing theoretical models, this paper establishes the forward slip model of the 350 three-rolling system through experiments and analyzes the forward slip law of the continuous rolling mill. The test also proves that the self-designed electrical contact method on-line testing device, work stable, accuracy can meet the requirements. The author thinks: This work is of great significance to improve the process system and operation of the triple continuous rolling mill as well as the future computer control.
