目前,关于宏观应力对材料断裂性能的影响已有较深入的研究和了解。然而对于微观应力与钢的强韧性能之间相互关系的研究尚鲜报导。本文在37SiMnCrNiMoV超高强度钢强韧化研究的基础上,通过X射线衍射及电子显微分析方法,进一步研究了该钢的强度和工程断裂韧性与第二类微观应力及嵌镶块尺寸之间的相互关系。研究结果表明:第二类微观应力对材料的断裂韧性将产生重要影响。
At present, the macro-stress on the fracture properties of materials have been more in-depth study and understanding. However, little is known about the correlation between microscopic stresses and the toughness of steels.
