对采煤机截齿材料,用铸态35CrMnSi钢及在其中添加适量镍元素,并经退火,正火处理.用金相分析、硬度测定、静拉伸试验、缺口冲去等试验方法,比较了不同等温温度淬火后的力学性能.结果表明:铸态35CrMnSi钢实现综合力学性能最佳配合的等温淬火温度是340℃,而在钢中添加适量镍元素后,实现最佳配合的等温淬火温度是310℃—370℃;且各项力学性能指标均达到或超过了截齿产品生产的技术要求,同时它的等温淬火区域宽,组织致密,性能理想,从而找到了用铸造方法取代锻造方法生产截齿的途径.
