用酶联免疫方法(Cyfra21—1)测定42例健康人,68例肺癌病人,23例非肿瘤性肺部疾病病人血清中的细胞角质素片断19(CKS—19)。健康人血清中Cyfra21—1浓度为1.45±0.86ng/ml。非肿瘤性肺疾病病人为1.64+1.40ng/ml。68例肺癌中鳞癌16例,腺癌33例,小细胞肺癌19例,鳞癌中Cyfra21—1阳性率为75.0%,腺癌为66.7%,小细胞肺癌为31.6%。比较Cyfra21—1和CEA,NSE三种肺癌标志物的ROC曲线,Cyfra21—1的曲线最接近左上角,证明Cyfra21—1是敏感性,特异性较好的肺癌标志物。
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Cyfra21-1) was used to determine the cytokeratin fraction 19 (CKS-19) in the serum of 42 healthy individuals, 68 lung cancer patients and 23 non-neoplastic lung disease patients. The concentration of Cyfra21-1 in healthy human serum was 1.45±0.86 ng/ml. Non-neoplastic lung disease patients were 1.64 + 1.40 ng/ml. Of the 68 lung cancer patients, 16 had squamous cell carcinoma, 33 had adenocarcinoma, 19 had small cell lung cancer, 75.0% had Cyfra21-1 positive in squamous cell carcinoma, 66.7% had adenocarcinoma, and 31.6% had small cell lung cancer. The ROC curves of Cyfra21-1, CEA and NSE lung cancer markers were compared. The curve of Cyfra21-1 was closest to the upper left corner, demonstrating that Cyfra21-1 is a sensitive and specific lung cancer marker.
