近年研究表明非甾体类抗炎药物对某些肿瘤具有抑制作用。本文采用噻唑蓝体外细胞毒试验(MTT),观察阿斯匹林对人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901的生长抑制作用。结果表明:阿斯匹林对SGC-7901生长有明显的抑制作用,其抑制率与阿斯匹林浓度和作用时间呈正相关性(r分别为0.8873和0.8256,P值均小于0.001)。小剂量阿斯匹林联合5-Fu作用于SGC-7901,其生长抑制率有明显提高。结论:阿斯匹林具有抑制人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901生长的作用,与5-Fu联用效果更佳。
Recent studies have shown that non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have inhibitory effects on certain tumors. In this paper, thiazolyl blue in vitro cytotoxicity test (MTT) observed aspirin on human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 growth inhibition. The results showed that aspirin had a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of SGC-7901, and the inhibition rate was positively correlated with aspirin concentration and time (r = 0.8873 and 0.8256, respectively, P values were less than 0 .001). Small doses of aspirin combined with 5-Fu on SGC-7901, the growth inhibition rate was significantly improved. CONCLUSION: Aspirin can inhibit the growth of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 and work well with 5-Fu.
