该项目由省经济贸易厅主持,海南欣龙无纺实业有限公司承担,引进日本先进技术和设备,建设年产3500吨、每平方米10—100克薄型涤纶纺粘无纺布生产线。产品填补国内空白,广泛用于包装用布、农用布、电缆包布、光缆包布、过滤布、军用覆盖布、装饰用布等方面。项目建成后,预计年新增产值12608万元,上交税收955万元,税后利润2337万元,创汇800—1000万美元。该项目已被国家科技部列为1999年度国家级火炬计划项目。项目起止年限为1999年—2000年,建设地点在澄迈县。
The project is hosted by the Provincial Department of Economy and Trade, undertaken by Hainan Xinlong Non-woven Industrial Co., Ltd., introducing advanced technology and equipment from Japan, and building a production line with an annual output of 3,500 tons and 10 to 100 grams of thin polyester spunbond nonwovens per square meter. The products fill the gaps in the country and are widely used in packaging cloths, agricultural cloths, cable wraps, optical cable wraps, filter cloths, military cover cloths, and decorative cloths. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual new output value will be 126.08 million yuan, taxes will be paid 9.55 million yuan, profits after tax will be 23.37 million yuan, and foreign exchange earnings will be between 8 million and 10 million US dollars. The project has been listed by the National Ministry of Science and Technology as the 1999 National Torch Program. The starting and ending dates of the project are from 1999 to 2000, and the construction site is in Chengmai County.
