鲜切花剪离母体后,极易因失水、缺乏营养和细菌感染等而枯萎,因此要采用相应的保鲜方法。切花保鲜包括采收前、采收期、采收后和插花应用四个环节。 (一)采收前的管理要点 1、施肥。氮肥施用过量时,花和叶中干物质的量会减少从而缩短切花保鲜期;钾肥能增强花枝的耐折性,增强同化物的输送,有利保鲜;含氮多时会使乙烯的量增加而缩短保鲜期;二氧化碳能促进光合作用,提高干物质含量,有利于切花保鲜。 2、灌溉。土壤相对干燥有利于根系的发育,延长切花寿命,因此采花前灌水不能太多。
