在开展环境毒物对人体的致突变性研究工作之前,了解正常人群染色体自然畸变率至关重要,国内虽已报导不少这方面的文章,但由于各地结果不完全一致,故每个地区应有自已的参考值。为此,我们在成都地区选择部份正常人作外周血淋巴细胞染色体自然畸变调查。
Before carrying out research on human mutagenicity of environmental toxicants, it is very important to understand the natural chromosome aberration rate in normal population. Although many articles in this field have been reported in our country, due to the incomplete results across the country, each region should have Own reference value. To this end, we select part of the normal population in Chengdu as peripheral blood lymphocyte chromosome aberration investigation.
