盆栽农垦58S及农垦58原种.幼苗6叶期经不同光照长度和光质处理。结果表明,在幼穗发育的第Ⅳ期到第Ⅴ期,农垦58S叶片中叶绿体Ca~(2+)-ATP酶在长日处理和红光间断暗期处理下活性下降,在短日处理和红光/远红光间断暗期处理下活性升高。该酶的活性变化可能与农垦58S的育性转换有关。
Potted Nongken 58S and Nongken 58. The 6-leaf stage of seedlings was treated with different light length and light quality. The results showed that the activities of chloroplast Ca ~ (2 +) - ATPase in Nongken 58S leaves decreased from the fourth day to the fifth day of panicle development under the condition of long-day treatment and intermittent dark- Red / far red light intermittent dark period increased activity. The change of enzyme activity may be related to the fertility transformation of Nongken 58S.
