一年一度的新春佳节就要到了。按惯例,各级领导干部总是要到基层去慰问,也就是人们常说的年终“访贫问苦”。此举不仅把党和政府的温暖送到基层,前往参加慰问的领导干部也从中受到教育。总之,上级领导下基层走访是件好事。然而笔者又想到,如果领导干部不仅仅是年终下去走访,而是经常下去看看,将年终的走访变为终年走访,岂不是更好!这不仅是贴近群众的需要,也是对各级领导干部进行党风廉政教育的需要。
The annual Spring Festival is coming. Traditionally, leading cadres at all levels have always had to go to the grassroots level to condolences, which is what people often say at the end of the year.
