完善的社会福利制度是一个国家社会文明与进步的象征,整体社会福利水平是社会和谐程度的重要标志。金融危机中既呈现出发达经济体社会福利制度的弊端,也反映出发展中经济体与经济强劲发展相伴的社会福利事业发展不平衡的问题。如何取长补短、借此时机发展中国的社会福利事业,是处于社会转型期的中国面临的一个重要问题。
A sound social welfare system is a symbol of a country’s social civilization and progress. The overall level of social welfare is an important symbol of the degree of social harmony. The financial crisis not only presents the drawbacks of the social welfare system in advanced economies, but also reflects the imbalance in the development of social welfare undertakings among developing economies and the strong economic development. How to develop China’s social welfare by taking this opportunity at an opportune time is an important issue facing China in the period of social transition.
