医患关系是医疗实践活动中最基本的人际关系,作为兵团基层医院,其医患关系具有其很多特殊性和特异性,我们通过对我院现存医疗关系现状的分析,形成了一切以病人为中心,实施合理化医患沟通,有效预防医疗纠纷,确立适应社会主义市场体制改革而形成的全新的服务模式和思维方式。尤其是兵团医院所面对的患者相当一部分是少数民族身份,处理好医患关系,有效预防医疗纠纷更关系到民族团结和社会稳定的因素。因地制宜,因时制宜,认真做好兵团基层医院的医患沟通,对有效预防医疗纠纷具有更加深远的意义。
The relationship between doctor and patient is the most basic interpersonal relationship in medical practice.
