学生是学习的主体,教师是课堂的主导者,在教学中应该创设一种浓浓的交流氛围,让每一个孩子都参与到数学教学中来。看看以前我们的课堂,大家可否有过这样的体会,课堂中总有一部分学生,他们不需要怎样调动就能很积极主动地参与到课堂的教学中来,而有一部分学生呢,总是处于被动状态。我们老师,怎样才能创设一种积极交流的氛围,吸引这一群沉默的学生也能积极主动地参与到教学中来,更好的培养学生的参与意
Students are the main body of learning, teachers are the dominant class, in teaching should create a thick atmosphere of communication, so that every child is involved in mathematics teaching. Take a look at our previous class, whether we have had such an experience, there are always some students in the classroom, they do not need to be able to move very actively involved in the teaching of the classroom, and some students, always in Passive state.
