In the recent five years, we have an average of 1.86 million advertisements monitored annually by the Shanghai Advertising Monitoring Center and 6,000 advertisements of illegal activities were found. With the deepening of monitoring, the major media in the city’s advertising monitoring illegal rate dropped year by year from the initial monitoring of 4.06% in 1999 to 0.24% in 2012, the lowest in the past five years has been below 0.4%. Over the years, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce spot checks show that Shanghai has become one of the most regulated areas in the national advertising market. First, the concept of quality has always been implemented to ensure that advertising monitoring scientific authority
