在《衡器》董事会第二届全体董事会议上,经到会董事推选,唐令弟荣任《衡器》董事会第二届董事长,陈葆柔连任副董事长。 唐令弟原任上海衡器厂厂长。在职期间,该厂在他主持下开发了我国第一条电子计价秤生产线。后来,唐令弟调到上海交通大学工作。前几年,应日本寺岡电子有限公司的邀请,由他筹建日本独资上海寺岡电子有限公司,任总经理。该公司于1993年10月竣工投产。1994年10月,唐令弟离开该公司,于1995年5月创办了上海唐衡电子有限公司。

A few years ago, at the invitation of Japan’s Teraoka Electronics Co., Ltd., he was established by Japan’s wholly-owned Shanghai Teraoka Electronics Co., Ltd., as general manager. The company was completed and put into production in October 1993. In October 1994, Tang Lingdi left the company and founded Shanghai Tang Heng Electronics Co., Ltd. in May 1995.
