7月11日,省委、省政府召开“全省生态省建设动员大会”,浙江省生态省建设正式拉开序幕。浙江是我国继海南、吉林、黑龙江、福建省之后,经国家环保总局批准的第5个开展生态省建设的试点省:在此前的3月18日,来自中国科学院、中国工程院、国家环保总局、清华大学等方面的院士、专家一致通过了《浙江省生态建设总体规划纲要》的评审。6月,浙江省第十届人民代表大会常务委员会第四次会议通过了《关于生态省建设的决定》。
On July 11, the provincial party committee and government held the “Provincial Eco-province Construction Mobilization Conference”, and the construction of eco-province in Zhejiang Province officially kicked off. Zhejiang Province is the fifth pilot province to carry out the construction of an ecological province following the approval of the State Environmental Protection Administration following the success of Hainan Province, Jilin Province, Heilongjiang Province and Fujian Province. On March 18, from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the State Environmental Protection Administration, Tsinghua University and other academicians and experts unanimously adopted the “Outline of Ecological Construction in Zhejiang Province,” the review. In June, the 4th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Tenth People’s Congress of Zhejiang Province passed the Decision on the Construction of Ecological Provinces.
