我厂在上海激光试验站、宏伟仪器厂的大力支持和积极配合下,成功地在离子氮化炉应用WBH—71型红外辐射比色温度计(原为HSZ—1型红外双波段测温仪)测温。经我厂及兄弟单位的现场初步使用,认为该仪不仅测温方便,准确,稳定性好,而且反应灵敏,从而进一步实现离子氮化炉的自动控温。 离子氮化是提高金属另件表面硬度的一种热处理新工艺、新技术,它不仅提高机械产品的质量,延长机件的使用寿命,而且改善了热处理的操作劳动条件,目前国内外都在大力开展和推广这项工艺的试验研究工作,特别国内遵照毛主席的教导,发扬独立自主,自力更生的精神,走大搞三结合的道路,在短短的几年时间内发展极其迅猛,制成了许多不同容量,不同类型的离子氮化设备,取得了较好的效果。
